Ordering

  • Each user can be assigned with permissions for ordering and/or approving for single or multiple branches.

  • You have the option to go to the default delivery address, select another delivery address and also collect from the trade counter if this is more convenient.

  • Comprehensive promotional codes can be set up by yourselves for promotions that can be run as percentage discounts, fixed amounts, between certain dates and a variety of other parameters.

  • Search Facilities are available on custom and the full catalogue to help you locate the product you are looking for quickly and easily.

  • An email notification will be sent if your account has to be put on stop.

  • Any special can be selected to be available to your team or deselected so that your team only has access to regular lines or ‘your products’.

  • Allows the configuration of repeat regular orders to be organised and predictable.

  • Your customer can select to pay by card or account if they have an account set up.

  • If you are not ready to actually place your order, you can start building a parked order list.

  • Stock indicators are available so that you can see the live stock indication when you place the order. This excludes the unwelcome surprise of extended lead times and helps inform your ordering decision.
