ePro: Webshop is a fully featured, B2C ordering platform for retail customers, based on a flexible CMS in the background, ePro: Webshop presents extensive tailoring options for your business.

Online Ordering

The web shop will permit the implementation of a tried and tested, cost-effective, and intuitive ordering platform for customers to help improve performance and productivity in the pursuit of higher overall customer satisfaction.

Straight Forward Checkout

The checkout process can incorporate Sage as an example payment system and users can make straight forward purchases in a user friendly manner with subsequent order confirmation and direct order placement into our WIS back office solution.

Responsive Design

The web shop has been designed as a fully responsive site in order to ensure it is mobile friendly and that web pages render well on a variety of devices and window or screen sizes from minimum to maximum display sizes.

Self Registering Customers

The web shop permits visiting users to register and purchase without requiring a corporate account.

Integrated

The web shop is fully integrated with the WIS back office system and from a user perspective the order capture process from the web seamlessly integrates in the same manner as the ePro B2B platform.

Fully Featured

The web shop permits the display of alternative products and permits “You may also be interested in…” for further enhanced product leads for customers, stock levels are reflected via seamless WIS back office integration. Promotion codes are accommodated, and product categorisation can be managed via the Umbraco CMS.

Content Management Capabilities

The web shop uses a standard CMS (Umbraco), an open-source content management system platform for content publication. The content management system allows you to organise content, such as news items, on the webshop.

  • After receiving some negative feedback from customers regarding our online ordering process, we were put in contact with Techco by one of my colleagues who had previous experience with the platform.
