Making workwear simple with eKits on ePro

When we first spoke to a recent customer, their challenge was clear: they needed a simple, structured way to get uniforms and equipment to hundreds of employees without the usual hassle of spreadsheets, back-and-forth emails, and overspending.

With ePro, we introduced them to our eKits (manpacks) feature. Instead of piecing things together order by order, they were able to import all their employees into the system in just a few steps. From there, they could build out tailored manpacks — ready-to-go bundles of products, designed around the roles and needs of each individual.

Every employee was assigned a maximum spend allowance, so managers had full control over budgets, while employees still had the freedom to get exactly what they needed. No chasing, no wasted spend — just straightforward ordering that worked.

What made the difference was how flexible eKits could be. The customer wasn’t limited to just kits; on the same order they could also add general stock items, keeping everything streamlined in a single process. And because repeat orders are built in, reordering manpacks for new starters or replacements became just as easy.

For this customer, what was once a messy, time-consuming task turned into a system that worked for everyone — managers, employees, and the business as a whole. That’s what ePro is all about: putting the right tools in place so teams can focus less on admin and more on the job at hand.
